Tap Your Phone’s Back

Finding your flashlight or camera can sometimes be a hassle. Activating those or other functions can be done instantly in the updated iPhone 8 model and later models. Tolga Kaya, director of engineering, said, “You can set some functions to activate by tapping the back of your phone rather than going through the front touchscreen.”

You Can Take A Mirror Selfie

Selfie enthusiasts may find it disconcerting that their images appear flipped from the intended orientation. However, since the release of iOS 14, iPhone users can now adjust this setting to take mirrored selfies, as noted by Sarah McConomy of SellCell.com. To enable this feature, navigate to the “Camera” option in “Settings.” Although many Instagram influencers have already caught on to this hidden gem, it remains an underutilized tool in Apple’s arsenal.

Without Typing, Call 911

Maybe some of you don’t know about this, but it’s a feature you should know about. On iPhone 8 or later models, push the side button and a volume number together, and an Emergency SOS slider will appear. Drag the Emergency Call slider across the slide to call emergency services.
