Not Factoring In Traffic

Assuming It’s Warm All Day And Night

Tourists in LA make the most common mistake of thinking it’s always hot. Being a fashion influencer, I constantly see tourists wearing shorts and T-shirts at night, wishing they had packed pants or long sleeves.
