Don’t Keep Checking Your Hands

Be On My Phone All The Time
A manicure isn’t the time for phone usage. People using their phones during manicures are the nail tech’s worst nightmare. Getting a manicure shouldn’t involve picking up your phone. We prepare your nails by cleaning them of dust, lint, and oil before applying polish. Using your hands on your phone or the nail desk will make the tech’s job more difficult. Not Rebooking Someone Who Ghosted
“Ghosting” is no-showing and not responding to messages or phone calls. This will cause a charge on their card for the complete amount of the service, and they will not be able to rebook. Low-quality ‘walk-in’ salons have created this kind of disrespect in our industry. A serious nail artist works by appointment only. We lose money if the client does not show up.
